Using TZStudies
TZStudies helps students find past papers, worked answer keys and study support. Use the website responsibly and follow applicable law. If you are a child, ask a parent, guardian or teacher for help with account, privacy or payment questions.
Your account
Provide an email you control, complete verification and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact us if you believe someone else is using it. Do not impersonate others or create accounts using someone else's email address.
Acceptable use
Do not send spam, harass other users, post private information, upload unlawful material, interfere with security or attempt to access another person's account. Do not use automated requests to overload the service or bypass access controls. We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse and protect the website.
Study resources and AI explanations
Papers, worked answers and AI explanations are study aids. They may contain errors or omissions and do not guarantee exam results. Check important answers with your teacher, class notes or an official marking scheme. Availability of a resource does not imply endorsement by an exam board, school or government body.
Tutors and requests
Tutor listings describe independent tutors. A request asks TZStudies to help arrange contact; it is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of availability, suitability or results. Confirm fees, schedules and lesson arrangements before agreeing to tutoring, with a parent or guardian's help where appropriate.
Payment features
Any enabled checkout should show its item, amount, currency and test or live status before you pay. Sandbox checkout uses fake money. Do not treat a return to the website as proof of payment; the order must show confirmed payment status.
Review any terms displayed for a particular paid item before purchase. For an order problem, contact TZStudies with the order reference and use the payment provider's available support or dispute process where applicable. Your rights under applicable law are not removed by these terms.
Content and intellectual property
TZStudies branding and original material, and third-party papers and other resources, remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Access does not transfer ownership or permission to resell or republish material. Only submit material you are entitled to share. Contact us if you believe a resource infringes your rights.
Availability and external services
Features and resources may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or external service interruptions. Keep your own copies of resources you are permitted to download. External links, AI, email and payment services have their own terms and practices.
Limits and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TZStudies is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate study material, unavailable services or independent tutoring arrangements. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
