Privacy & analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand which parts of TZStudies help students and where the website can improve. Only the website administrator can open these reports.
What the analytics records
An anonymous browser identifier, pages visited, visible time on pages, traffic source, and actions such as searching, opening an exam, starting signup, or successfully creating an account. Referrers contain a website hostname only.
Analytics does not store your name, email, IP address, password, search words, messages, or form contents. We do not use browser fingerprinting or send analytics to a third-party service. Account information is stored separately to provide login and account features.
Language preference
Your language choice is saved in a separate cookie for up to one year. It works even when analytics is disabled.
Your choice
Emails and private requests
Contact messages, tutor applications and tutor requests are stored privately so the TZStudies team can respond. Tutor phone numbers and private email addresses are not published. Account and request emails are delivered through our email provider. Optional announcements require a verified email and your opt-in; every announcement includes an unsubscribe link.
Email delivery records are private. Message bodies, reset links and attachments are removed from the queue after delivery or final failure. Delivery metadata is kept to prevent duplicate sends and show admin delivery status.
Email preferencesGmail API privacy
Only the website administrator connects the TZStudies sending account to Google. We request permission to send email only, not to read your mailbox. Authorization tokens are encrypted and stored privately on the server. Gmail access is used only to deliver TZStudies messages, not for advertising or AI training.
The anonymous visitor cookie lasts up to 90 days after your last visit. A visit ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn analytics off for this browser; studying, signup and login will still work.
